Something Sweet

If you have made or making a change to feed your  family with nutrition content in mind being able to offer your family something sweet AND healthy will no doubt appeal to you?  This is one collaboration where children (of all ages) will love to get involved, so let them.  

Paging through cookbooks together or searching the internet to find something you like will inevitably be quite fun! You will find that as you increase your pantry to include more wholesome ingredients that most nutritious recipes contain some, if not all of them.
